Greystone Manor and Cottages offers peace and serenity on the shores of Golden Lake. You have the luxury of choosing one of the outstanding bed and breakfast suites in the Manor or one of the fully-equipped themed cottages.
The Manor provides gracious bed and breakfast accommodations for the weary traveler. All suites are elegantly decorated including fine linens; soft duvets; fluffy towels. Gourmet breakfasts start each day in a grand manner.
All the cottages are equipped with full-size stove; fridge; microwave; coffee perc; dishes; pots/pans; BBQ. There are sheets; quilts; towels (except beach towels). Each has a fireplace or air-tight wood stove - most are propane.
The guests have access to the beach area with a dock; canoes; kayaks; paddle boat. Fishing boat and motor is available for rent. There is an in ground pool available for all guests and a play area for children. Everyone also has the use of a weight room and fitness area and there is internet access in a quiet private setting.
Greystone is well suited for small seminars and retreats; arrangements can be suited to individual requirements.
We are easy to find - located near Hwy. 60 we are approximately 90 minutes from Ottawa and 45 minutes drive east of Algonquin Park Hwy. 60 is the main corridor through the Park; making Greystone a great place to rest awhile and enjoy the historic Ottawa Valley - once home to many lumber barons; today you can enjoy the local artists; be adventurous and go ATV touring or whitewater rafting; paddle the Barron Canyon in the Park or visit the famous Bonnechere Caves.
