Greystones Policies

Cottage Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is at 2 pm. Check out is at 10 am.

Bed and Breakfast - Special Occasion Packages require a 50% deposit. Refund available only upon re-booking. General reservations on Bed and Breakfast rooms are subject to a $50.00 deposit with 48-hour cancellation notice.

Cottage reservations - Greystone requires a 50% down payment on all cottage reservations. Balance is due upon arrival. In the event that a cancellation of a reservation is necessary, Greystone will refund the deposit only upon re-rental of the unit.

Greystone is pleased to accept all major credit/debit cards.

Please note that Greystone is non/smoking. Guests who wish to smoke are encouraged to use the outdoor ashtrays provided. Please do not "butt out” on the beach, or grassy areas. We would like to provide a safe and sanitary holiday for everyone. Thank you for your co-operation.
